In-Home & Consumer Directed Services
Applying for Medicaid: Potential clients will be assessed to determine if they are Medicaid eligible. If potential clients are eligible but have not initiated the application process, Secure Home Healthcare Services will offer needed assistance.
Once Medicaid services have been activated, clients will be evaluated to determine their level of care as approved by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
Veterans Assist Program
Secure Home Healthcare Services personnel will submit a referral to the Veterans Assist Program on the prospective client's behalf and follow up with a home visit for qualifying veterans or their surviving spouses to develop the appropriate care plan.
Private Pay Personal Care Services
An in-home visit with a Secure Home Healthcare Services manager will be scheduled with individuals and/or their families to discuss the necessary care, personal needs, costs, and the services that best meet their needs.
Healthy Children and Youth Program
The Healthy Children and Youth Program provides medically necessary services for MO HealthNet recipients with special needs from birth through age 21.
Service coordination includes assessments through home visits and connections to services and community resources that help clients remain safe and secure in their homes with their families.
Authorized services may include in-home personal care, in-home nursing, and skilled-nursing visits.
